Strength Coaching Services
Every woman starts from a different place, with different goals, experience and challenges.
Whether you're completely new to strength training or looking for more structured guidance, we'll find a coaching approach that fits your life—not the other way around.
Strength training is often presented as a list of exercises, sets and repetitions.
That's part of coaching—but it's only one part.
Working together means understanding where you are today, building a programme around your goals and learning the principles behind your training so that you gradually become more confident and independent.
Whether we meet in person, online or at your home, the coaching process follows the same philosophy.
More than a training programme
Understand
Every coaching journey begins with listening. We discuss your goals, experience, lifestyle and any concerns before designing your programme.
Learn
Throughout the process, you'll understand not only what you're doing, but why. Education is part of every coaching format because knowledge creates confidence.
Build
Your training is individual. We progress at a pace that suits you, focusing on technique, strength and long-term development rather than quick fixes.
Grow
The goal is not simply to become stronger during our time together. It's to leave with the confidence and understanding to continue building strength long into the future.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Absolutely not.
Many of the women I work with have never lifted weights before. My coaching is designed to meet you where you are, whether you're completely new to strength training or returning after a long break.
We'll begin by assessing your current experience, movement quality and goals before gradually building confidence, technique and strength at a pace that feels appropriate for you.
-
There is no single answer that fits everyone.
Your training frequency depends on your goals, experience, recovery, lifestyle and available time.
For most women, two to four well-planned strength training sessions per week are enough to make excellent progress. Together, we'll create a programme that is both effective and realistic for your daily life.
-
Yes.
In fact, beginners often make some of the best progress because they have the opportunity to build strong foundations from the very beginning.
Learning proper technique, understanding how strength training works and developing confidence around weights are all central parts of my coaching approach.
-
Because lasting progress doesn't come from following instructions—it comes from understanding them.
My goal isn't simply to tell you which exercises to do. I want you to understand how strength training works, why your programme is designed the way it is and how to make informed decisions about your own training in the future.
Education creates confidence, and confidence creates independence. That's why learning is part of every coaching option I offer.
-
That depends on the coaching option you choose.
For in-person coaching, all equipment is provided during our sessions.
For online or at-home coaching, I'll recommend the equipment that best suits your goals, available space and budget. Many women begin with only a few basic pieces of equipment and progress successfully without needing a fully equipped gym.
-
This is one of the most common questions I hear.
For most women, developing large amounts of muscle is extremely difficult due to hormonal differences and the level of training and nutrition required.
Instead, regular strength training typically leads to increased strength, improved body composition, better posture, stronger bones and greater confidence in everyday movement.
One of my goals is to help women replace this common fear with understanding and confidence.
-
Yes—but probably not for the reason most people think.
Strength training helps preserve and build muscle while improving long-term health, physical function and metabolic capacity. Combined with appropriate nutrition and an active lifestyle, it is one of the most effective long-term strategies for sustainable weight management.
Rather than focusing only on the number on the scale, my coaching aims to help you build a stronger, healthier and more capable body.
-
Yes.
Online coaching allows us to work together regardless of where you live.
Communication, programme adjustments, video feedback and ongoing support are all provided remotely, allowing you to receive individual coaching from anywhere in the world.
-
For me, coaching is about much more than supervising a workout.
Every programme is built around your individual goals, experience and lifestyle, but just as importantly, I want you to understand why you're doing what you're're doing.
My goal isn't only to help you become stronger while we're working together. It's to give you the confidence and knowledge to continue training independently long after our coaching ends.
-
The first step is simply reaching out.
We'll talk about your goals, previous training experience, any injuries or concerns you may have, and decide together which coaching option is the best fit for you.
From there, we'll build a clear plan that matches your needs, experience and lifestyle.
Let's find the coaching approach that fits you.
Every woman starts somewhere.
Tell me about your goals and we'll decide together which coaching option makes the most sense for you.
